Tee? Wohl eher Kaffee ,)

Greetings,
Thanks for contacting Sony Online Entertainment
We will need a few more details from you regarding your system and its ability to properly reach a couple of our servers in order to diagnose any possible connection issues. We apologize if some of these questions have been answered in your original email but, we are attempting to be as thorough as possible. Please provide ALL requested information below:
1. Station/Login Name:
2. Server you currently play on:
3. Problem(s) you are having including any error messages. What is the exact error message? Please be as specific as possible.
4. When did these problems begin?
5. Have you made any recent changes to your computer and/or its connection to the Internet? Please be as specific as possible?
6. How are you connecting to the Internet? Do you do any connection sharing or use a home network? Router/hub/switch? What kind? Have your tried bypassing them just for troubleshooting? What was the result? Where are you connecting from(home/school/office)?
7. What Operation System are your running? 98, XP, 2000 Professional?
8. What have you tried to remedy the problem?
Next, please open up the Start menu, choose the Run... command, type "command" in the space provided, then hit Enter. If you're using Win2k type "cmd" instead of command. The MS-DOS Prompt window should appear with the prompt, "C:\windows\desktop". For Win98/ME or Win2K/XP, type the following three DOS commands, one at a time, hitting Enter between each command, and waiting for the prompt to reappear:
ipconfig /all > c:\mxoinfo.txt
tracert syntax.matrixonline.com >> c:\mxoinfo.txt
tracert patch.matrixonline.com >> c:\mxoinfo.txt
Please run these commands if you are using Win2k/XP
(Only for Win2k/XP)
pathping syntax.matrixonline.com >> c:\mxoinfo.txt
pathping patch.matrixonline.com >> c:\mxoinfo.txt
(This may take a few minutes to complete)
Finally, upon completion of these commands, you will find a file labeled "mxoinfo.txt" on the root level of your C: drive. You can use the Find command from the Start menu to locate it. Attach the newly generated file (c:\mxoinfo.txt) to an e-mail and reply back to us. Thank You.

Hi!
For a few days now I always get the message "Error: Could not initialize internet connection. You must be connected to the internet to play. Application will now close." right when I doubleclick the desktop shortcut for MxO or the exe right in the MxOFolder. It doesnt even open the MatrixOnline Launcher <
I've already tried restarting my Computer, i shut the internet down, reconnected my wireless LAN, disabled Antivirus as well as Firewall, reinstalled the MatrixOnline Software, checked my computer for any virus and did some patchfile-changing as it was described as solution for a problem similiar to mine, but nothing worked.
Do you have any idea why I get that errorMessage?
Thank you for any help you can offer me,
Verena
